Scott has been assisting in the training of new agents at Weichert Realtors for nearly a decade. Once an agent has gone through the licensing process and an in-house Fast Track post-licensing graduation program, a new agent needs to be introduced to the operations of the office, including front desk training, listing appointments, contracts negotiations, MLS set up, open houses, paperwork processing, closings, ordering signs & business cards, etc.
